Delivery & Fulfillment Policy

EbookState (“EbookState”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is a brand operated by TOBODIGI LLC, a Maryland (USA) limited liability company with its mailing address at 7570 South Arbory Ln, Laurel, MD 20707, USA. This policy explains how we deliver our ebook writing, editing, design, formatting, publishing support and author marketing services.

1. Digital services only. Nothing is shipped

All our services are digital and custom-made. We do not sell or ship physical products, so there are no shipping charges or shipping times. Printed copies of your book are printed and shipped by the retailer’s print-on-demand service (for example Amazon KDP) under that retailer’s own terms, when you or your readers order them.

2. When work begins

Your project starts after:

  1. You accept our written quote or proposal;
  2. We receive your payment or agreed deposit through Stripe or PayPal and, where agreed, Payoneer; and
  3. We receive your complete brief, manuscript and any content or access we need.

We confirm the start date and the delivery schedule in writing (usually by email).

3. Typical timelines

These are typical timelines. Your quote or proposal confirms the dates for your project.

Timelines are measured in business days or weeks from the start point in section 2. They depend on timely feedback, content and approvals from you and on platform review times. If something changes the schedule, we tell you as soon as we know and agree on a new date with you.

4. How we deliver

Typical files include edited manuscripts (DOCX), reflowable ebook files (EPUB), print-ready interior and cover PDFs, cover image files (JPG/PNG) and book metadata notes, depending on your package.

Each time we deliver a milestone, we notify you by email. Final delivery is complete when we send you the final files or access, or when we launch or submit the work in your account.

5. Revisions

Your written proposal confirms how many review and revision rounds are included at each milestone (for example outline, edited manuscript, cover concept and formatted proofs). A revision round is one consolidated set of feedback. Rewrites, structural editing or new concepts beyond the agreed scope are quoted before we start them.

Please send feedback within 14 days of each delivery. If we do not hear from you within 30 days of a delivery, despite at least two reminders, we may treat that milestone as delivered and pause or close the project. You can still contact us to restart a paused project, and this does not affect your rights under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Third-party platforms

Some work relies on third-party platforms such as Amazon KDP, Kindle, Google Books, Apple Books, Barnes & Noble and other retailers and distributors. Their approval processes, review times, outages and policy changes are outside our control. Where your package includes submission or setup on these platforms, we complete it in accounts you own or control, and you remain the account holder.

7. File storage and backups

We keep copies of final deliverables for at least 90 days after final delivery. Please download and store your files securely. After that period we may delete project files, unless we agree to keep them for longer.

8. Didn’t receive something?

If you have not received a deliverable by the agreed date, or a download link does not work, email info@ebookstate.com. Please check your spam folder too. We will resend or fix access within 2 business days. Missed delivery dates are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
